PsyD here! Grounding is a technique to center a busy mind. Please go to nature. A tree, grass. Take off your shoes and let your feet feel the Earth. Better yet, if you can recenter and sit under a tree. You may also focus on just breathing to calm. Four counts inhale but lengthier 6 counts exhale. If you ruminate you may want to discuss a mental health referral with your Primary Care Doctor.

Firstly, how does the science show you insight to your mind or your behaviors? There is acceptance and often some negotiating that is protective of the self and the ego.
May I also stress, how well we function in society is a guardrail to mental health. Can we be there for others? Is there a talent or skill unique to to celebrate? Do we recall have small success to ground confidence in? A community that rallies around us? This speaks to functioning and that is important for your whole being and important in managing mental health status. If you can balance inside meaningful roles in society and comprehend your significance that is a marker of wellness.

The Mission Statement is from that which all human behavior and engagement should spring.

Have it very concise and tight. Make it make sense to a fifth grader. Additionally if you can factor all departments and processes and roles based from a zero-based budget that will force you to think very simply but critically about what is needed for a successful business and plan.

The best leaders always consult, consult, consult. There's absolutely missed opportunities by thinking one person can handle it all. Additionally you won't suffer imposter syndrome if you have an entire team of consultants utilized to make good business decisions.

If it makes sense that it's a situational stress that helps! One of the omitted truths about life other than death and taxes is that there are stressors. We actually need stress to a point. I agree with the other answer here reflecting that you have to break down the overwhelm into manageable small steps. And sometimes put your head down and forge ahead. Give yourself grace if you are tacking stress and overwhelm.
