There is no fixed Rule or a Process to start a startup. It's all about having a clarity of:
- what you want to do?
- how you want to do?
- why you want to do?

And if you don't have this clarity, then start writing your startup idea on a paper and then start answering the above 3 question - you will get a lot of Clarity then.
